Requirements:

Job Description

Lead the development of new food products from concept to commercialization.

Improve existing products in terms of quality, taste, and nutritional content.

Prepare technical documentation and maintain product formulations and specifications.

Collaborate with marketing, production, and ensure compliance with health standards and regulations.

Manage multiple product development projects to ensure timely completion


Education and Training Requirements:

1- Applicant shall be resident of Kuwait.

2- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Culinary Science, or related field.

3- Transferable residency.

4- Fluent in English & Arabic (Writing/Reading).

5- Strong sensory evaluation and product analysis skills.

6- Knowledge of industry practices and trends in food product development.

7- Minimum 5 years of experience in food product development.
