Requirements:
Job Description
• Lead the development of new food products from concept to commercialization.
• Improve existing products in terms of quality, taste, and nutritional content.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain product formulations and specifications.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and ensure compliance with health standards and regulations.
• Manage multiple product development projects to ensure timely completion
Education and Training Requirements:
1- Applicant shall be resident of Kuwait.
2- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Culinary Science, or related field.
3- Transferable residency.
4- Fluent in English & Arabic (Writing/Reading).
5- Strong sensory evaluation and product analysis skills.
6- Knowledge of industry practices and trends in food product development.
7- Minimum 5 years of experience in food product development.
