University Cocktail

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Mix well and pour into a glass. Sprinkle the chocolate on top.

Yield:
One 8-ounce serving.

1 Teaspoon Gladys' Gourmet Bitter Orange Syrup.
Grated chocolate (garnish).
1 Scoop crushed ice.
6 oz. chocolate milk.
