Directions:
In a shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice. Pour into a tall glass.

  • 1/4 oz. Gladys' Gourmet Bitter Orange Classic Syrup.
  • 1 Scoop crushed ice.
  • 2 oz. Pineapple juice.
  • 1-1/2 oz. light rum.
  • 1 oz. Heavy cream.
  • 3/4 oz. coconut cream.
